Packers just made a WR move that raises eyebrows on the eve of camp

In the NFL, teams are never satisfied, as they believe there is always work to do. The Green Bay Packers made that clear on Monday by adding another wide receiver on the cusp of training camp.

According to NFL insider Jordan Schultz, the Packers have signed rookie wide receiver Will Sheppard, who played for Colorado last season.

Sheppard is an intriguing receiver, but his addition to the Packers roster has some fans wondering why the franchise decided to make this move.

Green Bay already has its fair share of young wide receiver talent. With Jayden Reed, Romeo Doubs, Christian Watson, and Dontayvion Wicks already on the roster, the Packers drafted Matthew Golden and Savion Williams this offseason, and also signed Mecole Hardman.
