Green Bay Packers coach Matt LaFleur said receiver Jayden Reed is fine after dealing with a cleat-related foot issue at Thursday's practice, and rookie defensive tackle Nazir Stackhouse has earned more opportunities after a strong start to training camp.
Reed, the team's leading receiver the last two seasons, didn't finish practice on Thursday, but LaFleur said there is no long-term concern.
"It's nothing long term, just his foot was bothering him. I think it was from his cleats, to be honest with you," LaFleur said Friday.
The Packers are back on the practice field on Friday morning for a shortened practice in helmets and shells.
