Micah Parsons, Jayden Reed and Dontayvion Wicks are all active for the Green Bay Packers to open the 2025 season, but Matt LaFleur's team will be without starting cornerback Nate Hobbs on Sunday against the Detroit Lions.
Parsons, who has been in Green Bay for 10 days, will make his Packers debut. He is expected to be a snap count and might possibly be a situational pass-rusher against Jared Goff and the Lions. Reed and Wicks, who are nursing injuries suffered during training camp, are active and available. Both were questionable to play.
The big absence is Hobbs, an expected starter who had surgery on his knee in early August and only just returned to practice on Thursday.
