The twin brother of Packers running back Aaron Jones was in Green Bay for a tryout on Wednesday.
The NFL’s official personnel notice reported tryouts for the Packers with linebacker Alvin Jones, guard Ben Braden, offensive tackle Paul Adams and center Zach Shackelford.
Jones, who went to school his brother at UTEP, signed with the Baltimore Ravens after going undrafted in 2018. He remained in Baltimore for two seasons but was released with an injury settlement in September of 2019.
At UTEP, Jones produced 343 tackles, 40 tackles for losses, 15 sacks, seven pass breakups, one interception and three forced fumbles.
