The Green Bay Packers have a decision to make regarding cornerback Eric Stokes. By the end of the coming season, GM Brian Gutekunst must decide whether to pick up Stokes’ fifth-year option for 2025.
Earlier this offseason, the Packers reached a compromise deal with 2020 first-round pick Jordan Love. They signed Love to a two-year extension for less than the fifth-year option but filled with incentives that will make Love well paid if he and the team do well.
Next up on the fifth-year option list is Stokes who presents an interesting dilemma for the front office.
