The Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame Inc. today announced that Packers alumnus and sports analyst Larry McCarren will receive the Bart and Cherry Starr Recognition Award, presented by Ariens Company, at this year's Packers Hall of Fame Induction Banquet, set for Thursday, Aug. 29, 2024, in the Lambeau Field Atrium.
The Bart and Cherry Starr Recognition Award recognizes a person who has exemplified outstanding character and leadership in their field of expertise, while consistently demonstrating a personal conviction and commitment to the Green Bay Packers.
Inducted into the Packers Hall of Fame in 1992, McCarren was an iron man at center for the Packers for 12 seasons (1973-84).
