Packers GM happy with cornerback group even after releasing Jaire Alexander

Green Bay Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst is happy with his current starting trio of Keisean Nixon, Carrington Valentine and Nate Hobbs and doesn't feel an immediate need to add to the cornerback group after releasing Jaire Alexander on Monday.

Don't expect a big addition at the position in the coming days and weeks.

"I feel really good," Gutekunst said Tuesday at minicamp, via Rob Demovsky of ESPN. "The three guys have combined about 95 starts under their belt, I feel really good about that. We have some young guys that I'm really interested to see compete for those final roster spots.
