Green Bay Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst met with the media on Wednesday morning to kick off training camp, and he provided important injury updates as his team gets ready to hit the practice field.
In a general sense, Gutekunst said there are no long-term concerns with any of their injured players barring Christian Watson, who is rehabbing from an ACL tear.
Gutekunst said: “All those guys, hopefully in short order will get back, with the exception of Christian and maybe John Williams, he’s dealing with a little bit of a back thing. The rest of them it’s just a matter of getting through some hurdles to get back on the field.
