The Green Bay Packers are clearly not going to wait around and just hope their offensive line is going to get better. Earlier this offseason, the team signed a high-priced free agent guard in Aaron Banks, despite returning all three players — Elgton Jenkins, 2024 first-round pick Jordan Morgan and Sean Rhyan — who played guard for the team last season.
Jenkins will move to guard, which leaves Morgan, Rhyan and 2025 second-round pick Anthony Belton competing for just one open starting role on the team at right guard. Now there’s a new contender in the mix to shake up the lower end of the offensive line depth chart: Cincinnati seventh-round pick John Williams.
