Packers draft bust is one training camp twist from saving his career

Teams would love if every player they drafted panned out and had a great career, but that’s unfortunately unrealistic. That’s why the Green Bay Packers, like every other team, have had draftees who didn’t reach expectations with the franchise. One of those players is tight end Josiah Deguara, who Green Bay selected in the third round of 2020 Draft.

Deguara, who was drafted out of Cincinnati, ultimately made the team, but he didn’t produce much while with the team. After catching just one pass for 12 yards as a rookie, Deguara seemingly turned a corner in year two, catching 25 passes for 245 yards and two touchdowns.
