The Green Bay Packers claimed TE Nate Becker off waivers from the Carolina Panthers and released RB BJ Baylor, LB Ellis Brooks, TE Dominique Dafney, G George Moore and LB Randy Ramsey. General Manager Brian Gutekunst announced the transactions Tuesday.
Becker (6-5, 258), a first-year player out of Miami (Ohio), originally signed with the Detroit Lions as an undrafted free agent in 2019. He spent time on the practice squad of the Buffalo Bills in 2019-20 and appeared in one game for the Bills in 2020.
