We don’t pay much attention to NFL power rankings. This isn’t college football, so rankings don’t matter.
Nonetheless, we do find it pretty interesting that the Green Bay Packers are at or near the top of everyone’s rankings after their week 1 win over the Seattle Seahawks. Beat a quality opponent soundly and you’ll turn some heads.

The Packers held the Seahawks without a touchdown in Week 1 as the defense swarmed quarterback Russell Wilson. Possible overreaction: This could be a sign of big things to come for a team that ranked 21st in defensive scoring last season.
