Packers' backup kicker just shattered a team record no one expected

A week ago, Lucas Havrisik admitted he had been looking for part-time work before the Green Bay Packers called.

Now, the Packers' stand-in kicker just set a franchise record. His 61-yard field goal shattered the team's previous best of 58, which belonged to Mason Crosby. It's hard to believe that no kicker in Packers history had ever converted from 60-plus.

Green Bay needed a jolt after struggling to get out of first gear in the opening two frames. Hopefully Havrisik's 61-yard boot, and the three points it provides, will ignite a second-half rally.
