One of the more interesting quarterback prospects in the 2025 NFL Draft has found a home. After a successful tryout with the Green Bay Packers at their rookie minicamp, Taylor Elgersma signed with the team.
Elgersma is a Canadian who played collegiately at Laurier University in Ontario, winning the USports version of the Heisman Trophy. The 6-foot-6 Elgersma is a relative newcomer to American football but showed a strong arm, accuracy and the ability to learn quickly in his time at Laurier. He gained a broader audience during Senior Bowl week in late January, where Elgersma got better each day.
