The 2023 NFL Draft is just four days away, and with it comes a practical deadline for the Green Bay Packers and New York Jets to come to an agreement on a trade for quarterback Aaron Rodgers. It should therefore come as no surprise that the two teams are finally resuming discussions about that trade after talks had been dormant for weeks.
Ian Rapoport of NFL Network brought the news on Sunday that the two franchises are “re-engaged” in negotiations, adding that the two sides hope that they can agree upon a deal this week in time for the draft.
