The Green Bay Packers added cornerback Jaire Alexander to the Week 3 injury report on Friday with a new back injury. He will be listed as questionable on the final injury report before Sunday’s showdown with the New Orleans Saints.
“His back was acting up a little bit. We’ll monitor that. We’ll see where he’s at,” coach Matt LaFleur said Friday.
Alexander, a two-time All-Pro, was not listed on the injury report prior to Friday. He started each of the team’s first two games against the Bears and Falcons.
LaFleur’s comments suggest Alexander will be a game-time decision come Sunday.
