Packers activate Raven Greene from injured reserve

The Packers activated safety Raven Greene from injured reserve on Saturday evening.

Greene, a 5-foot-11, 197-pound second-year player out of James Madison, originally joined the Packers as an undrafted free agent in May 2018. He saw action in both of the first two games of this season, contributing on defense and special teams and making his first career start in Week 1.

As a rookie, Greene played in eight games and recorded three tackles (two solo), a sack and a pass defensed on defense before being placed on injured reserve (ankle) on Dec. 8. He also contributed on special teams with five tackles, a forced fumble, and a 26-yard carry on a fake punt in 2018.
