Green Bay Packers veteran linebacker Quay Walker and seventh-round pick Micah Robinson both passed their physicals and were activated from the physically unable to perform (PUP) list on Wednesday, per the league's transaction wire.
Walker is recovering from offseason surgery on his ankle, which he originally hurt during the regular season last year. Robinson has a hamstring injury. Both players reported to training camp last Friday and were placed on the PUP list.
Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst said Walker might need a week or so before he's able to practice in full, suggesting a ramp up period is required after he missed the offseason workout program.
