Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers said Tuesday on The Pat McAfee Show that he plans on playing Sunday against the Chicago Bears after getting positive test results on his rib injury.
"I got good news with the scans yesterday, so I plan on playing this week," Rodgers said.
Rodgers, who left Sunday night's game against the Eagles in the third quarter because of pain and trouble breathing, underwent additional tests on Monday. Coach Matt LaFleur was vague on the results Monday when he met with the media but said Rodgers would play if he was able.
