The Green Bay Packers draft class of 2024 has made a significant impact on the team this season. In fact, three players selected by GM Brian Gutekunst a year ago have become not only starters but significant contributors to a defense that ranks in the top 10 in most major categories.
In the second round, the Packers selected linebacker Edgerrin Cooper. The Texas A&M alum added speed at the position to compliment Quay Walker. Although he started only four games as a rookie, any time Cooper was on the field, he looked like a big-play machine. He finished his rookie campaign with 87 total tackles, 3.
