The Green Bay Packers were free agency winners in 2024.
That's when they upgraded their safety position with Xavier McKinney, which turned out to be quite the smart move.
Now, the Packers are hoping to replicate that magic.
The Sporting News senior NFL writer Vinnie Iyer thinks Green Bay needs another safety.
"The Packers are weak next to Xavier McKinney, a star free-agent addition from 2024," Iyer writes. "Their best options start with Justin Simmons and Julian Blackmon, who both should be on teams by the start of the season."

Simmons and Blackmon are both talented players on the back end with the ability to go get the football.
