The Matt LaFleur/Aaron Rodgers offense is a beautiful thing to watch when it is operating with rhythm and timing. The perfect mix of Aaron Jones and AJ Dillon taking turns running and catching passes. The offensive line opening up the cutback lanes, the receivers reeling in the short throw and ripping off a nice run after the catch. It’s like a ballet or opera.
But that timing and sync are also very fragile. Once the rhythm is broken, it’s very hard to recapture. Especially when one of the best defenses in the NFL is on the other side of the ball, determined to disrupt the dance.
