Green Bay's season is over... so what happens now?
Earlier this week, Aaron Rodgers told Fox’s Erin Andrews: “I want to go down swinging. I want to throw it”. When Green Bay’s season died in Detroit on Sunday, it died in Aaron Rodgers’ hands, just like he wanted.
Versus one of the worst defenses in the NFL, Rodgers threw the ball 43 times, a season high, for a completion percentage of 53.49% and a passer rating of 53.5, both season lows, as the Packers put up just nine points.
His erratic performance featured the odd moment of signature Rodgers brilliance, but was headlined by three interceptions, two of them coming inside Detroit’s five-yard line.
