GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – Needing a win to make the playoffs, the Packers lost to the Lions 20-16.
Green Bay ends the season with an 8-9 record.
Trailing by four, Aaron Rodgers was intercepted on a deep ball to Christian Watson with 3:37 left in the game. The Packers would not get the ball back. Detroit converted on 4th and 1 with 1:15 remaining and were able to take a knee and secure the victory.
The Packers managed only one touchdown in the game, on a 13-yard catch by Alan Lazard late in the 3rd quarter.
