The Browns (9-3) have won nine of 11 since and are riding their second four-game winning streak of the season. The Ravens (7-5) have spent the past few weeks dealing with COVID-19 issues, but quarterback Lamar Jackson returned to help them beat Dallas last Tuesday night.
