The extra point rule for 2015 just changed. Snap for kick from the 15-yard line, 2-pt try stays at 2-yard line and defense can return.

So there we have it. After going over three separate proposals at the league meetings, NFL ownership has decided to move extra points back to the 15 so that a play that was converted 99% of the time will now be converted, um, let's say 97% of the time.
