NFL execs believe trade is most likely for Aaron Rodgers, Packers

A majority of executives from around the NFL believe the relationship between the Green Bay Packers and future Hall of Fame quarterback Aaron Rodgers will end this offseason via trade.

From Mike Sando of The Athletic: “The bottom line is that NFL execs think the Packers are more likely to trade Rodgers than to hold onto him.”

Rodgers, who turns 40 in December, is still in the process of deciding his football future. His options: Retire from the NFL, return to the Packers and play out another year of his contract or request a trade out of Green Bay.
