The Pro Football Hall of Fame rolled out its initial list of nominees Thursday, a list of 102 that will eventually be cut down to a group of 25 semifinalists.this fall, and 15 finalists this January. Included in the list are several names Packer fans may recognize.
Four prominent packers on the list include:
- Sterling Sharpe, Wide Receiver
- Mike Holmgren, Coach
- LeRoy Butler, Safety
- Nick Collins, Safety
There are several other players who spent a short time with the Packers, but are better known for their play with other teams.
