Will Micah Parsons make his Green Bay Packers debut this Sunday? For now, that’s not entirely clear.
On Friday, the Packers officially listed Parsons as questionable for Sunday’s Week 1 meeting with the Detroit Lions. Parsons is working through a back injury and was listed as a limited participant in three practices this week.
Earlier this week, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that Parsons is dealing with an L4/L5 facet joint sprain in his back and may require an epidural injection if he were to suit up Sunday. Before his stunning trade from Dallas to Green Bay, Parsons had received treatment for back tightness at the Cowboys’ training camp.
