Much like the guy the Green Bay Packers picked one round ahead of him, Damarious Randall, cornerback Quinten Rollins was bad in 2016. He blamed injuries, but he was also out there making rookie mistakes that, ironically, he didn’t make as a rookie.
Frankly, we didn’t really expect much from Rollins this year. Unlike Randall, who the Packers raved about all offseason, you heard nary a word about Rollins. Meanwhile, the team brought back Davon House and drafted Kevin King.
We speculated that, at best, Rollins would be buried on the depth chart or that he might be traded.
