The Green Bay Packers finally got back into the win column after losing their previous two games against the Carolina Panthers and Philadelphia Eagles. On the road, the Packers took on the New York Giants, and emerged with the 27-20 victory.
Quarterback Jordan Love played the role of hero in that game, throwing a clutch touchdown to wide receiver Christian Watson late in the fourth quarter. This came after Love left the game early due to a left shoulder injury. He would ultimately return for the second half. Another star player on offense who exited the game was running back Josh Jacobs due to a knee injury, but he never returned.
