The Ravens presented a contract offer to Beckham, according to Adam Schefter, who reported Monday afternoon on ESPN's NFL Live that the three-time Pro Bowl wide receiver is waiting to see what happens with the Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers and an anticipated trade to the Jets before making a decision on where to sign.
