Justin Vogel Might Have Made A Good Call

After the Green Bay Packers drafted punter J.K. Scott in the fifth round of the NFL Draft, incumbent Justin Vogel was understandably displeased.

First, can we call him J.K. Rowling yet? Or maybe Harry Potter?

Anyway, Vogel wanted his release and the Packers granted his wish late last week. This came after a rookie season in which Vogel set a franchise record for net punting and was a Pro Bowl alternate. While you can poo-poo that in several ways if you so please, Vogel was certainly the best punter the Packers have had in some time.
