It's Time To Question the Packers Roster-Building Priorities

The Packers must invest more in the offense

The Green Bay Packers can't blame their defense for the 20-16 loss to the Detroit Lions on Sunday Night Football that eliminated them from the playoffs. Allowing 20 points to the best offense in football since week 10 is more than justifiable. The offense and the lack of offensive talent are the reasons why they lost, and that's a consequence of how this roster has been built.

Since taking over as the general manager in 2018, Brian Gutekunst has made seven first-round picks. Six of them are defensive players, and the other is backup quarterback Jordan Love.
