Ian Rapoport drops a brutal return timeline for Packers WR Jayden Reed

The Green Bay Packers flexed their muscles on Thursday Night Football with a 27-18 victory over the Washington Commanders. Defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley brought his best stuff, and the team played complementary football en route to a win that was more lopsided than the score showed.

Unfortunately, it was not all good news for the Packers in Week 2. Young star wide receiver Jayden Reed left the game on the first drive after sustaining a shoulder injury on a would-be touchdown, had it not been called back for an Anthony Belton penalty.

Head coach Matt LaFleur confirmed to reporters after the contest that Reed had broken his collarbone, and he would miss significant time for Green Bay this season.
