Well, they won. So that’s a relief, at least.
The Packers edged out a win over the beaten and bruised Cincinnati Bengals that was not particularly impressive, but a win nonetheless. It was a game the team needed to win, given the events of their previous two outings. And they did it, while showing some positive signs.
That being said, the online reaction seemed to be less than enthused. The defense started a minor collapse in the second half once again (more on that later), and the offense seemed to leave a lot of points on the board despite scoring 27 total.
