Green Bay Packers making fresh start on offense in 2016

Change only works if the players and coaches both buy into the philosophy entering the season. The Packers have bought in, and it all starts at the top with quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

Rodgers is “all-in” for the 2016 season, according to Mike Spofford of Packers.com, and he has gone as far as making changes to his diet to help extend his career and maximize his performances on the field.

“I think I can extend my career if I continue to eat a little bit better,” Rodgers said. “Because it carries over not just to the offseason, but what you’re eating the night before the game and what you’re eating in the morning and the afternoon – if it’s a night game – how that affects your performance.
