Green Bay Packers kickoff in 58 days: Profiling No. 58 Sam Barrington

Sam Barrington’s 2015 season was wiped out before it had even had a chance to properly get started. He is one of football’s good guys off the field, and a hard-working talent on it. The Packers need to get him back to full health ahead of the 2016 season.

Not only will his play help the defense continue to improve, but he will also add depth to a position in need of more talent.

Full health is the first step

Barrington was an important part of the Packers’ plans defensively last season. That was until his season was ended in the Week 1 victory over Chicago.
