Davante Adams was born in Redwood City, Calif.
He attended Palo Alto High School – the same high school that both Jeremy Lin “Linsanity” and the current University of Michigan head football coach, Jim Harbaugh, attended.
Adams was quite the athlete and while he chose football as a career, his hardwood skills were impressive as well. He lettered in basketball for four years while at Palo Alto High, averaging 20 points, 5.8 rebounds and 5.4 assists per-game during his senior year.
On the football field, Adams was a standout at wide receiver and cornerback.
