Josh Jacobs proved himself worthy of the contract the Green Bay Packers gave him in 2024 with an excellent first season with the team.
Following the departure of Aaron Jones, the Packers found someone to cover the big void in the ground attack by inking Jacobs to a $48 million contract. With Jacobs, Green Bay had a legitimate weapon in the rushing attack who complemented the Jordan Love-led passing game.
The Packers were sixth in the league in 2024 with an average of 144.6 rushing yards per game, thanks in large part to Jacobs’ legs.
