The trade for Kizer means there's a full-fledged competition for the backup job after Hundley's wildly inconsistent play last season following Rodgers' broken collarbone. Kizer lost all 15 of his starts for the Browns last year as a rookie and must improve his accuracy. Boyle, an undrafted rookie, replaces Joe Callahan, who was released after the draft.
