GREEN BAY u2012 The NFL Players Association's team report card ranks the Green Bay Packers as the third-best organization in the National Football League.
Teams were graded on 11 categories in areas such as facilities, staff, head coach, ownership and treatment of families. While the Packers lost ground in several categories from 2023 to 2024, they finished three places higher in the overall rankings, behind only the Miami Dolphins and Minnesota Vikings.
"It is a credit to Green Bay’s management team that, according to the players’ responses, the belief is that the club invests in making their workplace better year-over-year," NFLPA wrote in its overview of the Packers' ranking.
