Good, bad and ugly from Packers' 27-13 win over Lions in Week 1

The Green Bay Packers are 1-0 after producing a dominant win over the Detroit Lions to open the 2025 season on Sunday at Lambeau Field. Matt LaFleur's team scored on its opening possession and led by at least 10 points for most of the afternoon against the two-time defending NFC North champions. The 27-13 final score and 14-point differential probably do not tell the full story of how well the Packers played in beating Dan Campbell's team on Sunday in Green Bay.

Jordan Love threw two early touchdown passes, Micah Parsons had a sack in his Packers debut and big plays by Josh Jacobs and Devonte Wyatt helped clinch the victory late.
