The Georgia Bulldogs had numerous players cut at the NFL's 53-man roster deadline. Fortunately a few of the Bulldogs that did not make the cut did land on their team's practice squad.
The most notable former Bulldog to land on a practice squad is Green Bay Packers receiver Mecole Hardman, who is a three-time Super Bowl champion and made the game-winning touchdown catch in Super Bowl 58.
In total, four Georgia Bulldogs are on NFL practice squads. NFL teams can have 16 or 17 (if they have an international player) players on their practice squad with 10 of these players being rookies or in their second year.
