Former Green Bay Packers tight end Jace Sternberger is signing with the Buffalo Bills after revitalizing his football career with a standout season in the USFL.
Sternberger, 27, worked out for the Bills on Monday. Agent Mike McCartney confirmed the signing on Tuesday.
In Buffalo, Sternberger will join a talented tight end room that features Dawson Knox and rookie Dalton Kincaid, a first-round pick in 2023.
A third-round pick of the Packers in 2019, Sternberger caught only 12 passes over 18 games with the Packers between 2019 and 2021.
