Former Packers player Blake Martinez lists Ledgeview house; Randall Cobb's house back on market

LEDGEVIEW - Former Green Bay Packers linebacker Blake Martinez listed his condominium at 3970 N. Parker Way for $329,900.

Martinez, a fourth-round draft pick by the Packers in 2016, signed a free-agent contract with the New York Giants on March 17. Martinez played in 57 of 61 games for the Packers and was the team's leading tackler.

The condo, in a cul de sac near the intersection of Ledgeview and Monroe roads, was built in 2005. Martinez paid $299,000 for the property in 2017.

The two-story, four-bedroom condominium has 2½ bathrooms, a formal dining room, a deck, exercise room, entertainment room and office.
