LEDGEVIEW – Former Green Bay Packers linebacker Blake Martinez sold his condominium at 3970 N. Parker Way for $285,000.
The house was originally listed for $329,900.The condo, in a cul de sac near the intersection of Ledgeview and Monroe roads, was built in 2005. Martinez paid $299,000 for the property in 2017, according to Brown County records.
The two-story, four-bedroom condominium has 2.5 bathrooms, a formal dining room, a deck, exercise room, entertainment room and office. The unit is 3,598 square feet with central air and an attached garage.
Martinez was a fourth-round draft pick by the Packers in 2016.
