WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis. (WSAW) - When so many fundraisers are being canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, one of the bigger community events in Wisconsin Rapids still went on.
The 7th annual ‘Swing Against Cancer’ took place on July 12th and 13th at the Ridges Golf Course. 34 groups of four came together to raise money for community members battling cancer.
Several former Green Bay Packers were on hand, including Pakcers Hall of Famer Johnnie Grey, Bill Ferrario, Perry Kemp, and Darrell Thompson.
