Former Packers coaches, players benefit from hot housing market with quick sales, high prices

LEDGEVIEW – Former Packers coach Ruvell Martin sold his house in Ledgeview for $15,100 more than the asking price, a sign that the Wisconsin housing market continues to be hot.

Martin listed the house at 3957 Garrett St. for $679,900 in March. It sold for $695,000, according to Brown County land records. He bought the house in May 2020 for $545,000, according to county records.

Martin is now CEO of Costello Real Estate & Investments in Charlotte, N.C.

The Packers hired Martin, a former player, as a coach through an NFL diversity fellowship program, a vocational tool to increase the number of full-time minority coaches.
