The Green Bay Packers and Matthew Golden officially put pen to paper on Monday. The former Longhorn signed his rookie deal. Golden's first NFL contract is worth $17.57 million over four years. It also comes with a signing bonus of $9.42 million. Now that Golden has crossed that milestone off his list, he can focus on becoming a mainstay in the Green Bay offense.
In last month's draft, Golden was the Packers first-round pick. He also made history, becoming the first wide receiver Green Bay drafted in the first round since Javon Baker in 2002.
